At Golden Gate Gymnastics, staff are here to encourage and support any route each individual athlete is looking to pursue, even if that path changes. In the advanced class, you will notice skills like front handspring vaults, Double back hip circles, intro to kips, high bar work, more acro & dance on the high beam like back walkovers and split jumps, round off back handsprings on floor with intro to flips.
Tumbling:

Whether it be learning a flip for fun, building skill requirements for your cheer team, putting in extra time during dance season to work on acro, our coaches are ready to help you meet those goals. This class is designed to spend time building strong foundations and basics and continuing to build from those skills. While students' goals in the class may vary, each participant will still be able to broaden their tumbling skills through drills, time on tumble track, tumbling specific conditioning and hands on spotting to ensure the safety of athletes.
