Frequently Asked Questions

If I sign my child up half way through the month, will tuition be prorated? - Yes! If you sign up your child mid way through any given month the tuition will be prorated according to how many classes are left in that month.

If I’m required to make payment upon registration when should I expect my second payment to process? - Since you are required to pay tuition upon registration, you should expect your next payment to be processed on the first of the next month.

I already signed the photo waiver when registering my first child, why do I need to do it again for my second? - You would need to do it again because photo waivers are a “student specific” policy. A photo waiver must be signed for every individual child to best ensure the and respect the preferences of the parents and the privacy of each individual child

What if I change my mind after signing the photo waiver? - No problem at all! This needs to be done from the backend so just email us and we’ll take care of it.

I can’t remember when my child’s anniversary charge is, help! - No worries! You can easily view your child’s anniversary charge by accessing your past transactions in the customer portal. The transaction will show up as an anniversary charge, whatever date is shown is the date you can expect the charge to occur on a yearly basis. You can also just give us a call!

I have three children with three different anniversary charges, can this be adjusted so I am charged for all three kids on the same day? - Absolutely! If you would like for all your kids to be charged on the same day every year, we can adjust it to match the child whose anniversary charge is coming up next.

How do I make payment for a private lesson for my child? - There will be a $10/hour gym use fee that will be charged to your account and you’ll be able to make the payment through the customer portal. - Please talk to your child’s coach about the best form of payment to them.

What is the difference between a make-up token and an open gym pass (punch-pass)? - Make up tokens can be used to enroll in another class if your child is unable to attend class if the absence is excused. - If a facility closure results in fewer than four classes that month, then we’ll hand out and Open Gym Pass.

What do I do when my child is sick? - You can access the iClassPro customer portal from the mobile app or a computer to mark them absent for the day. (Up 15 minutes before class starts) - You can call or email us at least 30 minutes before the start of class

What do I do if I am late to pick up my child(ren)? - We understand last minute things come up that may cause you to run late! Your child(ren) will stay inside the facility until you are available for pick up. If you know you will be late, please contact us either via phone call (415-306-7072). Our staff will wait on-site with your child(ren) until you arrive.

I would like to get updates on my child(ren)’s progress. How can I track that? - The coaches will always do their best to answer any questions you may have about your child’s progress in person. - You can also look at your child’s progress via the customer portal.

How do I know if my child(ren) is ready to move up? - For the Sweet Pee Program (Wee Pea - Six Pea) your child will move up to the next level class on or around their birthday. - For the recreational levels 1-2 and tumbling class, they will be moved up once they have displayed mastery of the required skills at that level. You will receive a certificate of completion commemorating this milestone and we will reach out to you to discuss next steps!

If my child’s birthday is slightly shy of the age requirement for a class, which class should I enroll them in? (example: child turns 5 in 2 months…do I sign them up for Four Pea or Five Pea?) We recommend enrolling your child in the class that matches their upcoming age at the time they begin classes. For example, if your child turns 5 in two months, they can enroll in Five Pea. Please contact us at info@goldengategymnastics.com if you are unsure! Please email us as we would have to enroll them manually due to the registration age restrictions.

Are pets allowed inside the facility? - To ensure the safety of individuals who may have service pets as well as the general public, only service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (28 CFR § 36.104) are allowed inside the facility.
