TUITION & REGISTRATION

All classes are billed monthly, and your child will remain enrolled in their weekly class until written notice of withdrawal is received or they move to another level.

  • Tuition reserves your child’s spot in class each month, regardless of attendance.

  • Tuition is billed on the 15th of each month for the following month.

    • Example: February 15th charge applies to March enrollment.

    • If payment is not received by the 20th, a $50 fee will be applied.

    • If payment is still not received by the 1st, students will be dropped from their class.

    • Their spot in the class may be taken by another student.

  • Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of the number of classes in a given month.

  • Tuition is based on class duration, not level.

  • Tuition is non-refundable once the month has begun, regardless of attendance.

  • All families are required to be enrolled in Auto-Pay with an updated card on file.

CLASS OR TEACHER CHANGES:

  • We recognize the importance of maintaining a regular schedule for you and your child, as well as the importance of the relationship children develop with their instructors. However, there may be times when we must make changes in your child’s class or instructor

  • Sometimes decreased enrollment in a class requires us to close it. We immediately adjust our schedules to find a new class for the affected students. In that case, we will contact you to arrange for the next most convenient class time that is available in your child’s level

  • Occasionally, teachers' schedules change and their students must be transferred to other teachers. All of our teachers are great, but getting used to a new teacher is sometimes hard for young children. We aim to be patient and supportive of the kids during such a transition, and appreciate your understanding.
