Star Girls and Star Boys Classes

Star Recreational/Developmental Classes are designed to teach a young child ages 5+ and up important gymnastics skills to begin their momentum upwards towards many valuable experiences in the development of a young child's body and mind. Star Classes are based on three levels and are great for beginners and students moving up from Kindergym. Students will have a ton of fun while becoming mature in gymnastics skills. Star Classes are an important step for the child that wants to move up to pre-team and ultimately competitive team.

Note: Golden Gate Gymnastics also provides Star Classes for Girls and Boys ages 9 and up. Classes are 1 hr, 1 or 2 days a week.
 

Advanced Star Girls

Advanced Star Girls is a class recommended for girls that have achieved skills learned from previous gymnastics classes such as star girls level 2 or 3. Advanced Star Girls is basically a pre Pre-Team Class. Ages 8 and up. Class is 1 hr 1 or 2 day a week.

Kats

Kats is a class for the advanced young girl that has achieved skills earlier in life. This is also a pre Pre-Team class and in this class the student will learn skills that will allow her to move up to Pre-Team or possibly move straight into Team level 4. Ages vary in this class, 5-8 years. Class is 1 hr 2 days a week. Invitation only.

Pre-Team

Pre-Team class is for the dedicated student to achieve higher level skills. Pre-Team will allow the student to reach team level four, the first level of competitive team! Placement is based on skills and ability. This class is 2 hr 2 days a week. Invitation only.
